Raspberry and Apple Crumble

Ingredients:
200g Raspberries (Why not purchase these frozen from Oakhouse Foods? Simply defrost before using)
2 Large Cooking Apples (peeled cored and sliced)
55g Caster Sugar (plus 1 tbsp for fruit)
Lemon Juice
115g Plain Flour
55g Butter
Pinch of Nutmeg

Method:
1. Arrange the apples in a buttered baking dish (approx 15cm x 15cm). Sprinkle with lemon juice.

2. Layer the raspberries over the apples. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of caster sugar.

3. Place the flour and sugar in a bowl and mix well.

4. Gradually add the butter, rubbing it into the flour mixture. Add the nutmeg.

5. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit.

6. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

7. Serve with cream or custard
