Mr McGregor's Consomme

“First he ate some lettuces and some French beans; and then he ate some radishes”

Ingredients:
1 litre of chicken consommé
1 head of Baby Gem
100g chopped fine beans
50g pickled radish

Method:
1. Bring the consommé to the boil.

2. Julienne cut the Baby Gem.

3. Chop the fine beans and dice the pickled radish.

4. Add the Baby Gem, fine beans and pickled radish to the mixture.

5. Leave to simmer for a few minutes and then serve.
