Property Showcase

From July onwards Local Choice will feature a property showcase page.

The property showcase is strictly limited to 12 properties per month and is available to estate agents.

Each agent will be able to feature one of their own selected properties and each advert will include a logo, name, phone number and website. (see sample, right).

This form of low-cost advertising presents our local agents with a great opportunity to raise their profile to the local population, through a magazine that has undoubtedly the biggest distribution in the area. 
At a cost of only £50+VAT per advert, an actual print run of over 52,000 copies and with a Royal Mail distribution to every household locally, this is an opportunity you cannot afford to miss!

Each agent may take more than one advert, but there will only be 12 spaces available each month and they will be sold on a first come first served basis.
